Shipping & Returns

AUSTRALIAN ORDERS

I post all Items with Australia Post within 1 to 3 business days of when the order was placed (depending on how manic I am). Australia post tell me that transit time can range from 3 to 10 business days depending upon your location in Australia. I have no control of transit times so please be patient! If the 10 days have passed and you still haven't received your package; contact me.

If you need your products to be delivered quicker than stated above, please contact me before placing your order so I can arrange express post; an additional fee will be charged.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Australia Post international transit times are 2-3 weeks on average. I have no control over this; but if the suggested amount of time has passed contact me and I will look into it.

Please note Jax and Co. is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties or taxes incurred for international deliveries, and these are the sole responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and refunds.

Please choose carefully before making a purchase with Jax and Co. I don't accept returns unless the product is in someway faulty.

Jax and Co. is not liable for postal damage such as water damage or bent items; signature on delivery is already in the cost of postage to avoid any such issues.

If there is a different issue;  please contact me. Returns must be delivered to me within 15 days of when the item was received. Once you get in contact I will give you options regarding the return if applicable. I want you to be happy with your purchase but no cash refunds can be given. All shipment costs with returns are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable. Please keep your return tracking number in case I do not receive your return shipment.
